I have a major problem with my online Supcom as whenever I load up GPG net all the options to join game, host game, join ranked game ect ect are faded out and I cannot click on them, also if I join a chat channel it instantly bans me from the general chat, I also cannot download patches, replays, mods, maps ect ect. Could someone please tell me how to solve this as I really would like to play my favourite game online.

"...GPG is fixing thost startign positions in the next patch."

This is great news to hear. My partner is much more of a turtle than I, so being able to work together as opposed to seperately will be a great bonus to our chances of success.

There is talk (aka lots of requests of people) to include the chat in the replays too.

Anyway, it's pretty impossible to get a win as a team in the spread out positions at Seton's Clutch when facing equally skilled opponents in the middle (mass-for-free ftw). Thank God GPG is fixing those start positions in the next patch.

I play this game mostly with friends and relatives (against eachothers and against random people on GPGNet) and we have Ventrilo (voice chat) always on. The fun-factor increases tenfold when you can coordinate insane moves with a friend over microphone.

Like this 3v3 match on gpgnet where we made a Czar-Soulripper combo strikes. I draw all the AA with my tough soulripper and my brother followed with Czars to make the real damage. Wouldn't have been too efficient if they were alone uncoordinated. Voice-chat people, that's the secret. :)

Actually, on that map I would normally go land if we were against good players, because the middle (with the experimental hulks to reclaim) is too important to not hold 100%. But I knew our opponents were noobs, and a fast air rush ends the game sooner, so that's why I went all air. If I knew they were really good players, I would have sent my ACU up and ferried engineers to build factories on the front line.
